We've got customer service sorted! That includes getting your new llaptop bag, case or trolley case to you as quickly as possible - maintaining our reputation for quality service.

We usually turn your order around in just 72 hours - after all, you have made the investment so why should you wait to start reaping the benefits? We use reliable couriers too. They know that if they were to let us down, we would be letting you down...and that just can't happen at Mytex.

Note 1: Insurance is NOT included in shipping. If you require insurance for your goods while being shipped, please contact us and we will provide you with a quotation.

Note 2: We currently only ship to the UK as standard (excluding Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Island). If you require delivery to these destinations, please contact us for a quotation.

Returns & Replacements
The laptop bags and laptop cases we supply are some of the best on the market. That is why we select vendors who back up their product offerings with comprehensive and convenient warranties - valid for up to 30 years! Should you ever experience a problem within the warranty period, you should email us for advice on the quickest way to resolve the issue - we are here to help if you need assistance.

Ordering
The quickest way to order your goods is through this website - though you can email us with your requirements and we will respond with recomendations for the best solution and even place the order for you if you prefer. We would prefer you not to call as orders taken over the phone can sometimes be incorrect.

Sorry, but if you live outside the UK, we cannot deliver your laptop bag, case, backpack, trolley at this time. Please email customer services though as we may have contacts in other countries who may be able to assist you. As ever, we are here to help.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Mytex are all about value for money, great products and great customer service. Of course, nothing comes free - but we make payment easy, straight forward and convenient for you. You can pay using any major credit or debit card or send a cheque if you prefer. We also accept Paypal if you have a Paypal account you would like to use.

When you checkout on the web site, you will be given various payment options. Paying electronically is the fastest way to receive your goods as if you send us a cheque, we will need to ensure it clears before sourcing your equipment.
